Karen Johnson has over 27 years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales and Financing experience. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from St. John’s University, NY and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University with a 3.89 GPA where she worked full time while studying for both degrees. Before transitioning to Real Estate sales, Karen held several senior level Vice President Positions in Commercial Real Estate Banking and started her career at 18 in residential financing. Extensive Sales and Credit, Commercial Underwriting, Sales Management, Business Development, Formal credit training, residential and commercial. Successful Completion of CCIM 101, CCIM 102, CCIM 103 and CCIM 104.  A Strategic thinker with the experience and the motivation to take it to the next level. Awarded CCIM Scholarship 2014 and Greater Fort Lauderdale Leadership Academy 2014. 2017 Board of Directors for Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors Association; 2017 President for RCA, Awarded Commercial Realtor of the Year 2017, 2017 Treasurer of RAPB + GFLR, 2017.

President Elect 2016, 2015 and 2014 (Treasurer) of RCA, CCIM Director 2017 and 2014 and NAREB Director of Education 2016, 2015 and 2014. 2017 Audit and Finance/Grievance and Global GFLR. 2017 ALC - Agent Leadership Council Keller Williams.
