BROKER of the Year
The primary purpose of this Award is to select and recognize publicly the Designated REALTOR® (Broker) or Managing Broker who has distinguished themselves by their contribution to the profession, their Association, the image of REALTORS®, and to the community at large. The criteria used by the Awards Committee may include length of business experience, Association activities, Florida Realtors® activities, NAR activities, and community service within the past three (3) years. Criteria does not include sales and production.
The Broker of the Year Award will be awarded to one Broker in each category in each region: Regions include Broward County, Palm Beach County & the Treasure Coast
Broker of the Year Small Office (1-25 agents), Broker of the Year Mid-size Office (26-100 agents), Broker of the Year Large Office (101 or More agents)
*Each franchise office is looked at independently of the brand
