Leadership is a powerful word defined in Webster's New World Dictionary as "The position or guidance of a leader." At the Realtors® of the Palm Beaches & Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAPB + GFLR), we rely on this position or guidance for the continued success and strength of our contributions to the real estate industry. Therefore, we recognize the importance of strong future leaders and offer the RAPB + GFLR Leadership Academy annually.

The Leadership Academy is designed to enhance the leadership abilities of members who wish to get involved in leadership positions within the Association and develop a pool of potential future leaders who will make a positive difference in our real estate industry. Regardless of which direction your aspirations guide you, the Academy will empower you to maximize your leadership potential. Your participation and evaluation of the Academy will also help lay the foundation for its future.

The Academy will offer you a unique opportunity to see how RAPB + GFLR operates. Many of the same principles that guide the leadership and staff of this 30,000 + member organization can be applied to how you run your own business. Through the Academy, you will learn, build relationships, and most importantly, have fun.
